This Privacy Policy establishes the terms under which the LifeEventsCo Web and Mobile Web Application manages and protects the information provided by our users.

LifeEvetnsCo is committed to the security of our users’ data, and when we ask you to fill out personal information fields, we do so by safeguarding the data and ensuring that it will only be used in accordance with the terms of this document. However, it is possible that the legislation regarding privacy may be modified, requiring that updates be generated accordingly. For all these reasons, we recommend that you continually review this page to ensure that you, or your organization, agree with the changes that may be made.

LifeEventsCo, in accordance with the provisions of Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, article 10, informs all natural persons whose data is in our databases that, given the impossibility of individually requesting the pertinent authorizations for the processing of said data, it will use the mechanisms indicated in the aforementioned legal provision. However, data subjects are reminded that their data is being treated under the strictest standards of protection, confidentiality and exclusive use for the events in which they are registered. 

The information of individuals has been collected with a view to the development of academic, cultural, social, disciplinary activities and/or the exercise of their business or institutional organization, within the framework of the exercise of events in which the participation of all related actors is called.

Use of Information

At LifeEventsCo we use information to provide the best possible service, particularly to keep a record of attendees at events or activities, as well as to develop analysis and connections between actors and to improve our communication with the different actors in event management.

The LifeEventsCo web application is responsible for collecting basic data such as name, identification, email, telephone number, location, among others, according to the information requirements of business organizations that generate face-to-face and/or virtual collaborative activities on a particular topic that we will call events. Likewise, the LifeEventsCo web application informs at the time of data collection the data privacy policy and requests authorization for the processing of data, the sending of notifications via email, as well as, requests authorization for the storage of data and management thereof, solely for informational purposes for the events in which you participate and for the display of the same in the client web application with the aim of developing networking activities for the specific event in which you are registered.
